We act as third party design verification. We troubleshoot existing designs, or can help fault find.
We write any software your device requires. We can design beautiful experiences for your customers. We can be as precise as your application requires.
We manage the manufacture of your device. We liaise with suppliers to deliver everything you need to show off your idea. You only need to deal with us.
We control our processes so you do not need to manage individuals, only the team.
You can talk to somebody who knows about the project and has real power in the company. You don’t have to speak to a “customer experience manager” or their secretary. You can talk to a project manager who is in a position to effect change.
You do not need to individually manage the project elements. You do not need to manage specialists whose disciplines you do not understand. You only need to manage your point of contact, who supplies timely updates that you can understand.
We communicate in language you understand. We do not hide behind jargon. We communicate what you need to know, when you need to know it. Our project managers take responsibility for keeping you fully aware of the progress of your project.
When you come to us with a project, we will give you an itemised project plan. We include contingency, not blind optimism. We will not allow you to talk us down so that “the number is right” if it makes the project undeliverable.
We will not sugar coat unpleasant truths. If something is difficult, we say so. When a project requires open ended research and we don’t know how it will turn out, we say so. We identify risk ahead of time so you can make informed decisions.
